Mel Freimanis is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems, data governance, and project implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Systems Lead/Analyst at Camphill Village Trust since November 2020, Mel is involved in significant digital transformation efforts, implementing a suite of Access products. Previous roles include Lead HR Business Analyst at Westbury Street Holdings Limited, where Mel led HR systems enhancements, and participation in the implementation of Success Factors at Allianz. Mel has also provided HR solutions through Mel's HR & Analytic Services Ltd and contributed to large-scale employee transitions at Serco.
