Jane Mackie is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR & OD Lead for Camphill Village Trust, overseeing two communities in St Albans and Aldenham since November 2019 while managing a team of two HR Co-ordinators. Previously, Jane worked as an HR Manager at Herts Urgent Care from February 2015 to October 2019, providing strategic and operational support to various healthcare services and managing complex employee relations issues. Jane's earlier roles include HR Business Partner and Training and Development Manager at NHS West Essex CCG from June 2004 to December 2014, as well as HR Advisor at Aon from May 2002 to June 2004. Jane holds a BA in Social Sciences (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
