As the Founder and CEO of Campfire Concepts Ltd. since January 2023 and Principal Owner of Campfire Evergreen since January 2021, Leonard demonstrates leadership and innovation in business management. Leonard founded and owns Grabowskis Pizzeria, which specializes in Chicago-style thin crust pizza, and AJ's Pit Bar B Q. Additional ventures include Hamburger Stan and Budlong Restaurants, known for Nashville Hot Chicken and Southern hospitality. Leonard has also served as CEO & Experience Creator at SSC Hospitality, showcasing a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. Lastly, Leonard established Au Feu Brasserie, an intimate Montreal-inspired French restaurant.
