Phil Wells is an experienced microbiologist and project manager currently serving as the Project Manager for Industrial Process Microbiology at Campden BRI since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing laboratories, generating business leads, and conducting data analysis. Prior to this role, Phil coordinated contract work and research projects within the Industrial Process Microbiology and Heat Resistance groups at Campden BRI. Previous experience includes serving as a Laboratory Coordinator and Laboratory Analyst at M¨¹ller Milk & Ingredients, and Laboratory Analyst at Dairy Crest, focusing on microbiological and chemical testing. Phil holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth.
