Patrycja Tonne has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrycja began their career in 2000, working as a student in various roles at unterschiedliche. In 2006, they joined Cribb as the Director of Executive Search, contributing to the staffing requirements in the growing digital economy in Germany. In 2021, Patrycja joined Campbell Reed as the Principal and Head of Digital, where they consult and manages international assignments across board, executive, non-executive, and senior management levels. Patrycja's work experience showcases their expertise in executive search and their ability to adapt to the evolving digital industry.

Patrycja Tonne obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Hamburg from 2000 to 2005. Patrycja also pursued a degree as a Systemischer Organisationsberater from the IOS - Institut für Organisationsentwicklung & Systemische Beratung, Prof. Schley & Partner from 2020 to 2022.
