Jeff Kulp is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology and management. Currently serving as IT Manager at Campbell Oil Company since August 2021, Jeff has also held multiple positions at the County of Bladen, including Public Safety IT and GIS Supervisor and 911 PSAP Manager, since September 2015. Prior experience includes roles at the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office as Telecommunications Equipment Tech I and at Evans Computer Solutions as Lead Technician. Jeff began their career as a Technology Technician with Bladen County Public Schools and has a diploma in PC/Network Technician from Berks Technical Institute along with education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
