Bob Campbell began their work experience in 1976 as a Marketing Representative/Branch Manager at National CSS. Bob achieved success in this role, earning the titles of Rookie of the Year and Salesman of the Year. In 1983, they founded Campbell Travel and became its CEO, leading the company through market changes and implementing innovative methods for growth. Bob also established Innovative Lodging by Campbell, where they served as President.

Bob Campbell attended St Mark's School of Texas from 1970 to 1973. Bob then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Business/Finance at The University of Texas at Austin from 1973 to 1976.
