Plinio Micheli has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies in various roles. Plinio is currently working as the Commercial Technologies Director at Campari Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at VF Corporation as the Digital Technology - Transformation Delivery Director from 2021 to 2023 and as the Digital & Technology - Enterprise Data Management Director from 2019 to 2021. Before joining VF Corporation, they served as a Senior Project Manager at the company from 2017 to 2018. Plinio also gained valuable experience at Philip Morris International as the Accenture Cloud Software for CG&S (SFDC) Delivery Lead from 2016 to 2017. Plinio started their career at Accenture in 2004, where they held several positions including Senior Program/Project Manager and Consultant, working on digital technology integration projects for various companies such as SABMiller, Philip Morris International, Danone, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and JTI.

Plinio Micheli holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management - Embedded System Design from CEFRIEL - Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, graduating in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology from Emeritus in 2021.
