Linda Puglisi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Linda started their career as a Logistics Manager at Olympia Congressi from September 2006 to November 2010. Linda then worked as a Project Manager at AIESEC Romatre from November 2011 to May 2012, where they organized a successful local event and managed promotional campaigns.
Linda joined Privato as a Private Teacher in September 2007 and continued till May 2013. After that, they took on the role of Head of Public Relations at AIESEC Romatre from July 2012 to July 2013, where they played a crucial role in developing and growing the AIESEC brand in Rome.
In 2013, Linda became the Head of Marketing and Public Relations at AIESEC Italia, where they led the development and management of AIESEC Italy's brand experience and growth. Linda successfully created and executed national marketing campaigns and organized big national events.
In 2014, Linda joined Apple as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruiting talented individuals across Europe to be part of Apple Stores. Linda'srole involved finding inspiring people from various backgrounds to contribute to the growth and success of Apple.
From 2016 to 2021, Linda worked at Booking.com, initially as a Technology Recruiter, where they sourced and interviewed qualified candidates for senior technology roles. Later, they became the Global Talent Acquisition Team Leader, overseeing the entire talent acquisition process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Linda left Booking.com in November 2021 as the Recruiting Manager EMEA.
Most recently, Linda joined Atlassian in November 2021, where they served as a Recruiting Manager EMEA until May 2022. Currently, Linda holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Campari Group, starting in May 2022.
Linda Puglisi received a Bachelor's degree in Classical Letters from the Università degli studi Roma TRE, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Linda later pursued a Master's degree in Social Business and Social Innovation at the Social Change School from 2014 to 2015. Linda also continued their education at the Università degli studi Roma TRE, earning a second Bachelor's degree in Classical Letters from 2007 to 2013.
