Javier Icaza serves as the Senior Director of Quality for the Americas at Campari Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Javier held the position of Senior Director of Quality at UQUIFA from October 2019 to February 2023, and was Quality Director at Givaudan from October 2017 to September 2019. Furthermore, Javier served as the Quality & Food Safety Associate Director at Alsea between December 2015 and October 2017, and as Latin America Region Quality & Food Safety Manager at Mars Petcare from 2012 to February 2015. Earlier in Javier's career, positions included Sr. Quality Assurance Manager at Danone Waters-Bonafont from June 2011 to July 2012, and Sr. Quality Manager at Mead Johnson Nutrition from August 2004 to June 2011. Javier Icaza obtained a degree from Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1988 to 1992 and completed a Master’s in Human Talent Management at IEU Universidad between 2015 and 2017.
