Warren Stewart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community service, peer support, and business management. Currently serving as a Certified Peer Specialist with Resources for Human Development since February 2020, Warren has also founded Shining Light Inc. which provides essential services such as housing, counseling, and vocational training to low-income individuals since November 2014. Additionally, Warren has been actively involved as a volunteer tax preparer for the Campaign for Working Families and has held various roles including Recovery Coach at Mental Health Partnerships and CEO of Stew's Car Care. Warren's educational background includes studies at Community College of Philadelphia and a certificate in Automotive Engineering Technology from Pennco Tech.
