Caryn Fried is the current CEO and Co-Founder of Camp4, where they began in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Co-Founder of Think It Done, where they focused on technology, process, and talent to help companies grow and create a social impact. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2019, they served as the Head of Global Talent Management at Bluewolf, where they created platforms for professional development and performance management. Caryn also worked as a Sr Practice Director for Organizational Strategy & Enablement from 2001 to 2019 at Bluewolf. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Sr Sales Engineer at Interworld Services, where they were responsible for developing prospect demos, delivering sales pitches, and identifying requirements for software features.

Caryn Fried attended Smithtown High School East from 1984 to 1988. Caryn then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Art and Advertisement from the University of Delaware between 1989 and 1992. Caryn Fried also earned various certifications, including Design Thinking from IBM in September 2017, Salesforce Certified Administrator in June 2007 from Camp4 and in September 2004 from Salesforce, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in September 2004.
