Brian E. Schwartz has worked in the field of biotechnology for over a decade. Starting in 2003, they began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School. In 2007, they moved to Brigham & Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School as a Postdoctoral Fellow. In 2010, they became a Scientist at Epizyme. In 2012, they joined RaNA Therapeutics (oligonucleotide therapeutics targeting lncRNA and mRNA) as a Senior Scientist and Scientist. Since 2017, they have been employed at CAMP4 Therapeutics as an Associate Director, Discovery, Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist.
Brian E. Schwartz obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology & Genetics from Cornell University between 1996 and 2003. Brian E. also holds a BS in Molecular Biology from Westminster College (PA), where they graduated magna cum laude and achieved College Honors in Molecular Biology.
