Jonathan Caflun is an experienced professional with a strong background in hospitality and camp management. Currently serving as Assistant Director at Camp Wekeela For Boys & Girls since May 2017, Jonathan also coordinates leadership-in-training programs and oversees recruitment and digital marketing initiatives. Previous roles include Guest Services Associate at Hotel Commonwealth and Resident Assistant at Boston University-Residence Life, where responsibilities included ensuring the safety of residents and organizing community events. Jonathan's extensive camp experience began in June 2011 at Camp Wekeela, where roles progressed from Counselor/Cabin Leader to Operations Coordinator and Dining Hall Manager, emphasizing welfare, safety, and logistical management for campers and staff.
