Philip Kowalczyk has over 30 years of experience in the retail and consumer products industry. Philip began their career in 1987 as a consultant and managing director at Kurt Salmon, where they had diverse responsibilities including corporate strategy and business development. In 2004, they joined Talbots as Chief Operating Officer, and in 2006 they were appointed President of J. Jill. In 2008, they were appointed President of The Body Shop - Americas for L'Oreal, where they improved the full P&L for the Americas. In 2011, they became Chairman and CEO of The Robert Allen Group, where they achieved a significant business turnaround. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Managing Director at Deloitte, where they served as a trusted strategic advisor to premier retail clients. In 2021, they joined The Diversity Movement as a Trusted Advisor and Strategy and Operations, and in 2022 they became Chief Executive Officer of Camp Corral.
Philip Kowalczyk has completed a B.S. in Business Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the same university, and Executive Education Programs in Organizational Leadership from Harvard University.
