Penny Petrie has extensive experience in call center operations, having held various roles at Camis Inc since November 2007, including Director, Call Centre Manager, Call Centre Supervisor, and Manager of Call Centre Operations. Prior to this, Penny worked as a Sales and Service Contact Analyst at Cogeco Cable from May 2002 to October 2007. Penny holds a Post Diploma in Environmental Management from Niagara College (1999-2000) and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of Guelph (1994-1998).
