Harah T. Milki Uvera is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in mathematics and special education. Currently serving as the Special Education Compliance Coordinator and 6-8 Intervention Lead at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy since August 2016, Uvera has also held roles as Interim Special Education Coordinator and High School Mathematics Teacher for Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. Prior experience includes middle school mathematics instruction at Green Dot Public Schools and various teaching and support roles at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy. Uvera contributed to the development of first and second year special education corps members as a Professional Learning Community Facilitator with Teach for America. Uvera holds a Single Subject Teaching Credential from UC San Diego Extended Studies, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Occidental College.
