Cody Hogden is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, competency assurance, and electrical supervision. Currently serving as the Training & Competency Manager at Cameron LNG since June 2020, Cody previously held the role of Competency Assurance & Training Supervisor at Golden Pass LNG from June 2014 to June 2020 and worked as a Training and Development Supervisor at Ashland from June 2004 to June 2014. In these roles, Cody has focused on planning and developing training programs, utilizing various effective training methods, and establishing evaluation procedures. Prior to these positions, Cody was the Electrical Superintendent at The Newtron Group LLC, supervising the installation, repair, and inspection of electrical equipment while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Cody graduated from West Orange Stark High School.
