Aaron Raymond is a seasoned Purchasing Agent with extensive experience in the residential construction industry, currently employed at Camelot Homes since September 2021, and previously with Ashton Woods Homes and Capstone Homes, Inc. Aaron has a strong background in preparing bid packages, managing purchase orders and invoices, and handling pricing for production and custom homes. Additional expertise includes managing client files during the pre-construction phase, producing budget reports, and maintaining relationships with trade partners. Prior roles in CAD and project management at Advance Manufacturing Co. and Sunlight Partners, LLC, complemented by a foundational background in architectural engineering, support a robust skill set in both design and procurement. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Design Studies from Arizona State University and an Associateā€™s degree in Architectural Engineering from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
