Justin Crane, FAIA, serves as a Public Programs Committee Member at the BSA Foundation since June 2015, focusing on public engagement in architecture and design. As a Principal and former Associate Principal at CambridgeSeven since February 2006, notable projects include the Foundry Building and renovations at the New England Aquarium. Crane chaired the National Ethics Council for the American Institute of Architects from January 2017 to December 2022 and contributed to ArchitectureBoston as an Editorial Board Member from 2015 to 2017. Commitment to architectural education is evident through leadership as President of the Board of Directors for Learning By Design in Massachusetts from 2010 to 2015 and as Chair of the Ethics Committee for the Boston Society of Architects from 2006 to 2012. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an A.B. in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University.
