Clementine Hess possesses extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as a Toddler Lead Teacher at Cambridge Montessori School since August 2021, where previous roles included Toddler Co-Lead Teacher and Toddler Assistant Teacher. Prior experience includes positions at Capucine Montessori School, Boston Public Schools, and Cambridge Public Schools, showcasing a commitment to high educational standards and individualized instruction. Clementine has also contributed to research efforts at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and holds a Montessori certification in Infant/Toddler from Montessori Institute - New England, complemented by a Master's in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College and a Bachelor's in American Studies from Boston University.
