Mike Hodgson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and consulting. As the CEO of Silverback Consultants since September 2018, Mike established the firm to assist start-ups in navigating the UK Corporate market, leveraging the resources of BT's Innovation Martlesham technology cluster. In addition to this role, Mike serves as an Associate Partner at Cambridge Management Consulting and an Innovation Advisor at L Marks, both from September 2018. Prior to these positions, Mike held the role of Head of Innovation Engagement at BT from May 2003 to September 2018, where responsibilities spanned the UK, Silicon Valley, and Israel, focused on driving innovation. Mike holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from UCL and a BSc Hons in Metallurgical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
