Melissa Felix currently serves as a Customer Success Representative at Signature Aviation since April 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. since May 2016, including International Account Manager and Sales Account Coordinator. Additional experience includes being an Account Manager at Bandwagon, Inc. since July 2012 and serving as an Account Coordinator at Ironwear from August 2022 to May 2024. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as an Account Manager and Customer Care Specialist at Lantheus Medical Imaging from 2004 to 2010. Educationally, Melissa obtained a Certificate in PC Networking and Repair from the Computer Learning Center between 1996 and 1997.
