Jayson Ayala currently serves as Deputy Program Manager and Training Manager at Cambridge International Systems, Inc., focusing on aviation training for LATAM countries at the Advanced Rotary Wing Training Center in Colombia. Prior to this role, Jayson was an Instructor Pilot for the LUH-72 at Amentum, where responsibilities included training student pilots in various maneuvers. Jayson also has extensive experience in safety management with the US Army, overseeing aviation safety programs and accident investigations, and previously served as an instructor in UH-60/S70 Blackhawk operations. Jayson holds multiple certifications and completed various safety and environmental compliance training programs, continuing education at El Paso Community College.
