Doug Kress currently serves as the Chief Community Officer at Cambridge Health Alliance, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Health and Human Services for the City of Somerville from February 2015 to May 2022, and serving as Director of Development Service/Community Planning & Economic Development for the City of Minneapolis between April 2012 and February 2015. Kress was also a Bush Leadership Fellow at the Bush Foundation from July 2011 to December 2012. Kress is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Tufts University, with studies ongoing since 2012.
