William Mostyn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and law. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northeastern University School of Law since June 2012, Mostyn also holds the position of Corporator at Cambridge Financial Group and is a member of the Board of Directors for Bridges Homeward. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at TIAA-CREF, where oversight of governance for multiple boards took place, as well as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Bank of America, managing widespread legal and regulatory affairs. Mostyn has also contributed as Chairman of the Board for the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. Prior to these roles, significant tenure included serving as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for The Gillette Company. Mostyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the College of the Holy Cross and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.
