Rick W. is a seasoned technology advisor with extensive experience in strategic direction and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Technology Advisor at Cambridge Federal since January 2016, Rick collaborates on logistics and strategic goals while fostering revenue growth through technology consulting and government contracts. Prior to this role, Rick was the Chief Technology Officer at the U.S. Naval Institute from December 2005 to January 2016, where accomplishments included consolidating applications, improving operational efficiency, and achieving significant cost savings. Additionally, Rick led the IT department at Lancaster Community Hospital from 2002 to 2005, establishing foundational policies and modernizing infrastructure while reducing expenses. Early career experience includes a role as Branch Chief/RF&ISS Service Delivery at NASA, contributing to projects from 1998 to 2002, with earlier involvement in the space shuttle program. Rick holds a BS in Business & Management from the University of Redlands and has further education in computer engineering and NASA instructor certification.
