Tom Hayward is a strategic bid manager at Cambridge Consultants, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Tom served as a senior bid manager at MASS from September 2017 to June 2022 and as a knowledge transfer manager at Anglia Ruskin University from July 2016 to August 2017, facilitating collaborations among the university, local businesses, and the public sector.
