Bryan Pannill currently serves as the 5th Day Department Co-Chair and English Teacher at Crossroads College Preparatory School, where the 5th Day Program promotes interdisciplinary and project-based learning. Bryan is also a Senior Tutor and College Coach at Cambridge Coaching, and previously held the position of English Department Chair at Kairos Academies, overseeing program development and student growth. At Salisbury School, Bryan taught AP English, achieving an average student score of 4, and was recognized for innovative teaching strategies and contributions to faculty discussions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Princeton University.
