Alice Savage

Alice Savage is a seasoned educator and author with extensive experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Currently serving as a Professor of ESOL at Lone Star College System: North Harris since 1996, Alice specializes in fluency readers, drama in English Language Teaching (ELT), grammar, pronunciation, and podcasts. In addition to academic responsibilities, Alice has authored educational materials for Alphabet Publishing and has contributed to prominent publishers such as Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, and Pearson, including the development of the TRIO: Listening & Speaking, level 1 resource. Alice is also a CELTA trainer, emphasizing practical classroom techniques in teacher training. Alice holds a Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the School for International Training and a Bachelor's Degree in English with a focus on language learning from the University of Washington.
