Catherine Hine, CPHR, currently serves as Vice-President of People & Culture at Cambrian Credit Union since June 2021, following previous roles as Director of People & Culture and Senior Organizational Development & Talent Management Specialist at Wawanesa Insurance. With extensive experience in human resources, Catherine has held various strategic positions at Shaw Communications, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed driving business goals through talent management, organizational capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Catherine holds a BA in Sociology with a focus on Conflict Resolution Studies from The University of Winnipeg and completed the General Insurance Essentials program at the Insurance Institute of Canada in 2019.
