Xiaogang Hua, PhD and MBA, is an accomplished associate director at Cambrex since October 2016, focusing on project management, process optimization, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing while managing a team of chemists. Prior experience includes a similar role at PharmaCore from May 2010 to October 2016, where Xiaogang held multiple positions, including project manager and principal scientist, overseeing project management and technology transfer. Earlier roles at Albemarle Corporation and Jinling Petrochemical Co. provided extensive experience in R&D, process validation, and joint venture negotiations. Xiaogang holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Tulane University, an MBA from Wright State University, and both an MS in Polymer Material and a BS in Applied Chemistry from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
