Kim Em Im has extensive experience in procurement, having worked at the Cambodian Children's Fund since May 2015. Starting as a Procurement Assistant, Kim Em Im advanced to the roles of Procurement Officer, Administrative Officer, Senior Procurement Officer, and is currently serving as Procurement Manager. Kim Em Im holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economics, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
