Yawen Yang is an experienced NPI project manager with a strong background in overseeing new product introductions within the technology sector. Currently at Cambium Networks since December 2018, Yawen focuses on managing product launches and coordinating teams. Prior experience includes a role at Ubiquiti Networks from September 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities involved monitoring bill of materials costs, facilitating communication between research and development teams and manufacturing, and overseeing equipment readiness. Earlier, from April 2013 to June 2015, Yawen worked as a project manager at 和碩聯合, successfully guiding Apple projects from prototype to mass production while ensuring scheduling and resource availability across global teams. Yawen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management from National Chung Cheng University.
