Mikael Lantz worked as a software architect at Cambio Healthcare Systems from May 2000 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for Java development, particularly UI development using Swing. Their main focus was on building a client-side framework to support modular development of functions for the health care industry. Prior to that, Lantz worked as a software developer at Ericsson Radio AB from October 1997 to April 2000.

Mikael Lantz attended Linköping University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
