Kajsa Krämer started their work experience in 2016 as a Dagsansvarig at Kårservice, where they were responsible for managing the operations of the kårhuset during various events, including alcohol service, staff management, and cash handling. In 2017, they worked as a Medicinsk tekniker at Region Skåne. In the same year, they also became a Podcast host for Campuspodden in collaboration with Xamera AB, where they interviewed other students about their experiences at Linköping University. In 2018, they returned to Region Skåne as a Medicinsk tekniker. In 2019, they completed a Master Thesis at AMRA Medical and later joined Cambio Healthcare Systems as a Business Analyst.

Kajsa Krämer began their education journey at Filbornaskolan from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they focused on studying natural sciences with a specialization in sports. Following their time at Filbornaskolan, they attended Linköping University from 2014 to 2019. At the university, they pursued a degree in Medicinsk teknik, emphasizing their interest in medical technology.
