Jenny Tallving is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Cambio Group since January 2022. In this role, Jenny oversees the recruitment function, focusing on both operational execution and strategic improvements in areas such as process enhancement, manager training, benefits, onboarding, candidate experience, and employer branding. Prior to this position, Jenny held various roles, including IT/Tech Recruitment Consultant and Executive Search at HCM Partner AB and Headhunter at Continental Search Alliance from September 2014 to December 2021.
