Megan Howell currently serves as Director and Sr. Associate General Counsel at Cambia Health Solutions, having joined the company in May 2021. Previously, from January 2015 to May 2021, Megan held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs and Assistant General Counsel at Premera Blue Cross, where notable achievements included chairing the COVID-19 response team and receiving multiple awards for leadership and advocacy. Before Premera, Megan was the Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Group Health Cooperative, and prior to that, a Contract and Compliance Analyst at The Regence Group. Megan holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law, with a focus in Taxation, and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from the University of Washington in Psychology and Architectural Studies.
