Jim Hofbauer is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer at Cambia Health Solutions since December 2011, responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of network security devices. Jim's role involves recommending new systems, implementing security policies, and monitoring the health of various firewalls and proxies. Previously, Jim served as a Network Engineer and Team Lead at The Regence Group from 2006 to March 2012, and held the position of Security Admin at the same company from 2003 to 2005. Earlier experience includes roles as a Server Admin at Swedish Medical Center from 1997 to 1999, and as a PC Technician at Pierce County Medical from 1995 to 1997. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
