Rachit Rawat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachit started their career in 2011 as an Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland, where they worked until 2015. Rachit then joined Aon as a Benefits Specialist, managing a team and ensuring high-quality service delivery. In 2017, Rachit worked as a Benefits Administrator at Alight Solutions. In 2018, they became an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at SoftNice, where they led a team and focused on recruitment and pipeline management. Currently, Rachit is the Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Cambay Engineering Services, where they drive digital engineering solutions for various industries.

Rachit Rawat's education history includes pursuing a degree at the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
