Anagha Raje has extensive experience in the aviation and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Duty Officer at Cambata Aviation Pvt Ltd since March 2012, managing the Training Department and overseeing exit interviews, while also fulfilling HR generalist responsibilities. Prior to this role, Anagha held the position of Senior Territory Manager at Eli Lilly and Company from August 2009 to March 2012, where the focus was on promoting diabetes insulin injections to endocrinologists and diabetologists. Anagha began a career in business development as a Business Development Executive at Life Care Innovation, promoting anti-cancer medicines to oncologists from December 2008 to August 2009. Anagha's academic qualifications include an MBA from Pillai’s Institute and a B.Sc. from Vikas College of Arts, Science & Commerce, complemented by a strong foundation in biotechnology and human resources management.
