Fernando Gastaldo Lázaro is the Director General at FACTOR INGENIERIA Y DECOLETAJE since January 2000 and serves as President of AFMEC, an association focused on the metalworking and transformation industry, since May 2018. Additionally, Fernando is a member of the Plenary Chamber of Commerce of Valencia and the Executive Committee of FEMEVAL, representing the metalworking sector in Valencia. An Associated Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, Fernando also works as an Executive Coach and Trainer, specializing in leadership and emotional intelligence. Furthermore, involvement includes being the Vice President of the Asociación Española Inteligencia Emocional, mentoring in various educational programs, and holding several advanced degrees, including an MBA and ongoing studies in Psychology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
