Gonzalo Toro Atehortua possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an ANALISTA DE TALENTO HUMANO at Cámara de Comercio de Cali since August 2018, responsible for payroll management and documentation systems. Previously, Gonzalo held roles such as LÍDER PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE PROYECTOS EN RECURSOS HUMANOS at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities included policy creation for Latin America and biometric attendance system implementation. At COOMEVA, as an Analista de Gestion Humana, Gonzalo managed various human resources processes for recreational and cultural sectors. Other roles include Analista Desarrollo Organizacional at Baterías MAC, and an extensive tenure at COLOMBINA in various positions focused on compensation, benefits, and training. Gonzalo began a career in human resources as an Asistente Gestion Humana at Universidad Santiago de Cali after obtaining a degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
