Lisa Newman is a Senior Scientist at Calysta, where employment commenced in February 2014. Prior to this role, Lisa Newman served as the Director of Molecular and Cellular Engineering at Codexis from 2002 to 2013 and worked as a Staff Scientist at Maxygen from 1998 to 2002. Lisa Newman holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1990 and 1995.
