Thatcher Hoppe has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Laboratory Technician for CALVIRI. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Non-Commissioned Officer (Reserves) for the United States Marine Corps. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Manager at Jimmy John's, where they were responsible for staffing the store and managing daily operations to provide services to walk-in and delivery customers.

Thatcher Hoppe attended Arizona State University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in both Biotechnology and Molecular Bioscience, as well as a Minor in Military and Strategic Leadership.
