Syang Zhou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and technology. Currently serving as CTO and Co-founder at Calvin Risk since October 2022, Syang Zhou previously held multiple positions at PwC Switzerland, including Manager and Senior Consultant, focusing on process automation and regulatory issues. As a PhD candidate at ETH Zürich from January 2019, Syang Zhou contributes to the stochastic finance group under Prof. Teichmann. Previous roles include consulting at d-fine GmbH, where Syang Zhou developed Python tools for data analysis, and assisting a financial engineering team at Everbright. Syang Zhou holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from ETH Zürich, as well as a CAS in Informatik from the same institution. An exchange semester was completed at the University of Waterloo in 2013.
