Michael Neuse currently serves as a Pastor at Crockett Springs United Methodist Church and Calvary United Methodist Church, alongside a role as Chaplain for Medi Home Health & Hospice since October 2021. As a Chaplain, Michael provides spiritual and emotional support to terminally ill patients and families, developing Spiritual Care Plans through meaningful conversations. In addition, Michael is the Founding Pastor of Ragamuffin Church, fostering an environment for exploring faith with honesty. Previous experience includes serving as a Chaplain Resident at UVA Health and a Postal Support Employee at the United States Postal Service. Michael founded NRVCC, guiding its growth from 11 to 420 members in five years. Educational credentials include degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Southern Wesleyan University, and an Associate's degree from Anderson University.
