Chad Hershberger serves as a Maintenance Supervisor at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. since March 2003, overseeing Maintenance Crafts Workers and ensuring the upkeep of facility equipment. Previously, Chad worked in the HS&E Department, managing confined space operations, hot work permits, and emergency response equipment, along with conducting plant safety meetings. Chad is also actively engaged as a volunteer, holding the position of Captain for the Northern part of the Butler County Haz-Mat Team since January 2005 and participating in various training sessions. Additionally, Chad has been a member of the Chicora Independent Hose Company since age sixteen, gaining extensive experience through multiple roles and training opportunities. Chad earned an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and attended Butler County Community College.
