James Craig has extensive experience in the field service and reliability analysis sectors, currently serving as the Field Service Manager at Caltrol since September 2004. In this role, James oversees field service personnel, manages customer service, and coordinates outage operations. Prior to this position, James worked as an I/E Reliability Analyst and Analyzer Tech at Chevron Refining from January 1999 to April 2004, gaining valuable expertise in the industry.
