Grace Geaga has a strong background in project and operations management. Grace began their career at MasTec as a Project Coordinator in 1998, and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Service Communications Inc. as an Operations & Project Manager, where they remained until 2012. Upon leaving Service Communications Inc., they joined CalTek Technologies Inc. as the Vice President of Operations & Projects in 2012. Currently, they hold the position of President at CalTek Technologies Inc., which they assumed in January 2022.

Grace Geaga attended Chaffey College from 1994 to 1997. During their time there, they studied Business Management. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2011, also focusing on Business Management. No specific degree was mentioned for either institution.
